FlyoutAnchor for dynamically generating menu is not working, when trying to set
CommandProperties.PopulationXML in javascript.
Resoultion:
instead of '<Menu Id=\"Sample.DynamicMenu\">', use '<Menu Id="Sample.DynamicMenu">'
the difference is of not using escape character for "
